CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This policy sets out the Clinic’s approach to appointment cancellations, late cancellations, and missed appointments.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice (working days) will not incur a cancellation charge.
2.2 We ask patients to provide as much notice as possible to allow appointments to be offered to others.
3. LATE CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a £40 cancellation fee.
3.2 This fee is applied at the discretion of the individual practitioner, taking into account circumstances such as genuine reasons for cancellation or the ability to fill the appointment slot.
4. MISSED APPOINTMENTS
4.1 If a patient does not attend an appointment and provides no notice, the full appointment fee will be payable.
4.2 Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

This policy is intended to ensure fairness to both patients and practitioners and to support the effective running of the Clinic.
