Shoulder physiotherapy in Sunningdale & Ascot
Helping you move with confidence
Physiotherapy focuses on improving movement, strength and function through assessment, rehabilitation and tailored exercise programmes. It can be particularly helpful following injury, surgery or when dealing with ongoing pain or movement difficulties.
At Dragon Osteopaths, we work closely alongside physiotherapists to ensure patients receive the right care for their individual needs. Some people benefit most from hands-on osteopathic treatment, while others may need a more exercise-based rehabilitation approach or a combination of both.
Our aim is always the same: thoughtful, individualised care that helps you move with confidence and get back to doing the things that matter to you.
